The scientific method:

Ask a question.
Formulate a hypothesis.
Make predictions.
Conducts Tests.
Analyze results.
Replicate.
Adjust & repeat the process.

If you don't allow me to question, then by definition you don't actually believe in science.

My dad started blood pressure meds at age 38. He spent the next 29 years restricting salt & walking more at the advice of his doctor, but slowly got up to 6 💊

Now, at age 67, at the advice of his son, restricted carbs & increased his salt. He’s down to 1 pill within 5 months.

@Mangan150 Absolutely! Indians have a low threshold for fat. Hence TOFI (thin outside fat inside) is common. A mere 8 to 10 kgs of excess weight can trigger metabolic diseases.

Indians will diss me for the this, but our modern food is almost 85% carbs, seed oil and sugar.
